The details you send in the form (your request, city, area, timing and email), the outcome of the calls we make for you, and anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics.
Why we use it
Only to handle your request, make the calls, send you the result and answer your messages. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of the service you ask for.
Calls and recordings
Our assistant always says it's an automated assistant calling for a client. If a call is recorded or transcribed, the business is told at the start of the call.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the service (hosting, database, email and, later, voice and AI providers), under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your last request, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hola@prontospain.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
